FLEXI CANCEL TERMS & CONDITIONS

How Flexi Cancel Works
1. When available, Flexi Cancel will appear as an option during your booking process.
2. By purchasing Flexi Cancel, you are entitled to cancel your booking within the Cancellation Window without incurring standard airline cancellation penalties. Instead, you will only pay the Flexi Cancel Fee and any standard fees imposed by the standard Terms and Conditions.
Key Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility Flexi Cancel is only available for selected bookings supported by our system. Availability is subject to change and may vary depending on your booking details.
Cancellation Rights If you purchase Flexi Cancel, you may cancel your booking within the Cancellation Window and receive a refund in accordance with these terms.
Flexi Cancel Fee The Flexi Cancel Fee is calculated and presented at the time of booking.
Flexi Cancel Refunds If your flight is cancelled by the airline before the end of the Cancellation Window and you are refunded in full, any associated Flexi Cancel Fee will be returned to you.

Limitations and Exclusions

Flexi Cancel does not cover cancellations outside the agreed Cancellation Window.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions form part of your overall agreement with TravelUp when booking travel services. In the event of any inconsistency with other terms, these Flexi Cancel Terms and Conditions shall prevail in relation to the Flexi Cancel Service.

Updates and Changes

TravelUp reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Flexi Cancel Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
